About the Role
Easy Home Finance Limited seeks an experienced and skilled Administrative Executive to manage our South Region office operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day activities, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and providing exceptional support to employees and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office operations, including administrative tasks, supply inventory, and correspondence.
- Ensure the upkeep of Regional Office cabins, conference rooms, washrooms, and meeting rooms.
- Travel to the south region for inspection and repairs & maintenance in coordination with Head Office.
- Attend employee queries regarding Admin IT & HR and forward to Head Office to resolve issues.
- Monitor office supplies and inventory.
- Manage office correspondence and emails.
- Handle Regional Office Petty Cash.
- Set up and arrange meeting rooms and Board rooms frequently.
Weekly Tasks
- Verify and validate the printing of Vcards & ID Cards on a weekly basis.
- Timely submission of bills and follow up for Vendor payments through FoxPay.
- Preventive maintenance of all office assets at branches.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with other departments on administrative matters.
- Prepare and submit weekly reports to Head Office.
Monthly Activities
- Electricity Bills MIS.
- Petty Cash Expenses MIS.
- Compliances MIS.
Estimated Salary Range: ₹ 8,00,000 - ₹ 10,00,000 per annum
