About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Executive Estate Administrator. As a key member of our household staff, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the estate, ensuring seamless execution of events, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the inventory of household supplies, groceries, and other essential items
  • Develop and maintain home maintenance schedules, including routine cleaning, landscaping, and repairs
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of household staff, including housekeepers, chefs, butlers, drivers, and other domestic employees
  • Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and service providers (e.g., cleaning companies, maintenance workers, landscapers, etc.)
  • Plan, organize, and execute events, dinners, and gatherings at the estate, ensuring all logistics are handled seamlessly

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a House Manager or similar role
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively supervise and motivate staff
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Knowledge of household systems and maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, and security systems
  • Strong financial management skills, with the ability to develop and maintain budgets and review financial reports
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, as needed
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
