Executive Luxury Real Estate Sales Leader

As a seasoned Sales Manager at Sentient Developers, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and revenue for our luxury real estate division. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven individual to lead our sales team and achieve exceptional results.
We offer a competitive salary of ₹12,00,000 - ₹20,00,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus additional incentives based on performance.
About the Role
This is a dynamic and challenging opportunity for a skilled Sales Manager to join our team and contribute to the company's success. Key responsibilities include:
• Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to meet or exceed targets
• Leading and managing a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional results
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing ones
• Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the real estate industry
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Strong understanding of sales strategies, marketing principles, and customer relationship management
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
