Job Summary:


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting a range of real estate properties.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead Generation and Sales: Identify and generate leads through various channels (online platforms, referrals, networking, etc.). Engage with prospective buyers to understand their requirements and preferences.
  • Promote and sell available properties (land, villas, apartments, resale) to potential clients. Present properties to clients through property viewings and virtual tours.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors. Provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information on property options, pricing, and market trends.
  • Negotiation and Closing Sales: Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Close sales deals, ensuring all documentation and formalities are completed smoothly and on time.
  • Market Research and Reporting: Stay updated on the latest real estate trends, competitor activity, and market conditions in Bengaluru. Prepare regular sales reports, performance tracking, and client feedback for management.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate client records and sales activity documentation. Coordinate with the legal and documentation team for property agreements and paperwork.

Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Previous experience in real estate sales or a similar role is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills. Knowledge of the local real estate market in Bengaluru.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for sales and customer service. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (experience with real estate tools is a plus).
