Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Luxury Real Estate Sales Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, mentoring and motivating the team, and developing comprehensive sales strategies to achieve targeted sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proven experience in a managerial role with a focus on sales and team handling.
- Ability to motivate and lead people, hold employees accountable, and provide guidance to team members in their assigned duties and evaluate their performance.
- Develop and drive sales initiatives to achieve set goals by mentoring and motivating the team.
- Procure new clients and attend networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
- Monitor competitor trends and benchmarking to effectively balance competing priorities and meet customer expectations.

Requirements:
- Rich experience in sales and team handling (5+ years).
- Must have handled a team of at least 5 people or above.
- Excellent negotiation, networking, and communication skills.

Estimated Salary:
$120,000 - $180,000 per annum based on location and experience.
