Luxury Real Estate Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Luxury Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team at Star Estate. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Proven experience in a managerial role with a strong track record of success in the real estate industry.
- Ability to motivate and lead a team of sales professionals to achieve set goals.
- Providing guidance to team members in their assigned duties and evaluating their performance.
- Develop and drive sales initiatives to achieve set goals by mentoring and motivating the team.
- Procuring new clients and attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
- Competitor Trend Monitoring and Benchmarking to effectively balance competing priorities.
Requirements:
- Rich experience in sales and team handling with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in the real estate industry.
- Must have handled a team of at least 5 people or above.
- Excellent negotiation, networking, and communication skills.
- Must have the highest ethical standards.
