Estimated Salary: ₹80-120 lakhs per annum
About the Role:
At Star Estate, we are seeking an exceptional Luxury Sales Director to join our team in Bengaluru. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving luxury property sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
About You:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a strong background in luxury real estate sales. Your expertise in managing high-end properties and building long-lasting relationships with clients will be invaluable to our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Property Sales:
- Lead the end-to-end process of selling luxury properties, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients.
Field Work:
- Conduct property site visits and showcase luxury properties to potential buyers.
- Attend networking events and engage in activities to enhance brand visibility.
Client Relationship Management:
- Provide personalized assistance to clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a premium and luxurious experience for clients.
Market Analysis:
- Stay updated on market trends and competition within the luxury real estate segment.
- Provide insights to the management team to enhance marketing and sales strategies.
Negotiation and Deal Closure:
- Negotiate terms and conditions with potential buyers to secure successful deals.
- Ensure timely completion of all necessary paperwork and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in luxury real estate sales.
- Proven track record of successfully selling high-end properties.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Bold and extroverted personality, comfortable in a client-facing role.
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, especially in the luxury segment.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
