About the Job:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Head of Luxury Real Estate Sales to join our team at Sumadhura Infracon Pvt Ltd. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the luxury real estate segment.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize luxury real estate revenue.
* Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional results and exceed sales targets.
* Analyze sales data and optimize strategies to improve market positioning and drive revenue growth.
* Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to build trust and loyalty.
* Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.

Requirements:

* Proven track record of delivering results and exceeding sales targets in the real estate industry.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Extensive experience in sales and performance management.
* Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Estimated Salary: ₹1,000,00,000 - ₹1,600,00,000 per annum.
