Luxury Real Estate Sales Expert

We are seeking an exceptional Luxury Real Estate Sales Expert to join our team at Saturn Realcon Pvt. Ltd.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for showcasing luxury properties to clients through presentations, property tours, and exclusive events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate excellent presentation and communication skills to deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sale with prospective buyers to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients regarding market trends, property values, and investment opportunities for maximum returns.
- Bid on potential real estate projects in order to grow business by selling them quickly and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Hold a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Have 3+ years of experience in Luxury Sales, Client Relationship Management, or a similar role.
- Possess excellent communication, sales, and presentation skills.
- Be results-driven with a passion for delivering exceptional service and achieving results.
Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary ranging from ₹800,000 to ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on their level of experience, along with performance-based commissions, a yearly retention bonus, fuel reimbursement, professional development opportunities, and ongoing trainings.
