Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Luxury Real Estate Sales Professional who can specialize in selling high-end residential properties to affluent clients. The ideal candidate will have a combination of marketing, sales, client management, and industry expertise to maximize sales and provide exceptional service to HNI's & ultra HNI's seeking luxury properties.
Key Responsibilities- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify and target potential luxury real estate clients through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals and investors.
- Property Marketing and Promotion: Develop and execute marketing strategies to showcase luxury properties, including high-quality photos, virtual tours, and print materials. List luxury properties on relevant online platforms and in exclusive luxury real estate publications.
- Market Research and Expertise: Stay informed about local and global luxury real estate market trends, pricing, and competition. Provide clients with comprehensive market analysis and advice to make informed decisions.
- Negotiation and Sales: Execute complete sales cycles of luxury real estate transactions. Negotiate offers, contracts, and terms on behalf of clients to achieve the best possible outcomes.
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 4 years of experience handling HNI's directly. A background in real estate from a channel partner firm, real estate ancillary, wealth management, luxury automobile, or hospitality is preferred. Fluency in English and Hindi is essential. Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate traits such as a go-getter attitude, market penetration ability, independent work ethics, and high integrity.
