Luxury Real Estate Sales Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Luxury Real Estate Sales Manager to join our team at Sentient Developers. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing existing relationships, and building new business opportunities.

Job Summary:

  • Sales: Generate leads, convert prospects into clients, and exceed monthly/quarterly/yearly targets.
  • Client Management: Foster strong relationships with existing clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the luxury real estate market.

About You:

  • You have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • You possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • You are knowledgeable about the luxury real estate market and its trends.
  • You have experience with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • You speak English, Hindi, and Kannada fluently.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of sales experience in the real estate industry.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
  • A smartphone with internet access.
