**Job Summary:**

Elevate your sales career with Earthitects Pvt Ltd as a Luxury Brand Sales Professional. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for the luxury real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement targeted lead generation strategies to build a robust pipeline of potential customers.

2. Master the Leadsquared CRM system, from data entry to crafting compelling emails that engage potential clients and generate inquiries.

3. Receive training on Jordan Belfort's 9-point checklist for effective sales communication and persuasion with luxury brand clientele.

4. Set and achieve sales targets, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives.

5. Create and interpret sales-related reports to track team performance, identify areas for improvement, and inform data-driven decisions.

6. Utilize brainstorming techniques to generate innovative ideas for lead generation and sales strategies, staying ahead in the luxury brand market.

Requirements:

1. 1 year of total work experience.

2. Ability to commute to Bengaluru, Karnataka.
