Luxury Real Estate Sales Professional Wanted

NK Realtors, one of India's largest vertically integrated real estate service providers, is seeking a seasoned Luxury Real Estate Sales Professional to specialize in selling high-end residential properties to affluent clients.
Job Description:
- Identify and target potential luxury real estate clients through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals and investors.
- Understand clients' needs, preferences, and financial capabilities to offer tailored property solutions.
- Provide personalized service and cater to the unique needs and preferences of luxury clientele.
- Market luxury properties through high-quality photos, virtual tours, and print materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify and target potential luxury real estate clients through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
- Property Marketing and Promotion: Develop and execute marketing strategies to showcase luxury properties.
- Market Research and Expertise: Stay informed about local and global luxury real estate market trends, pricing, and competition.
- Negotiation and Sales: Execute complete sales cycles of luxury real estate transactions.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of property listings, client interactions, and transactions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience handling HNI's directly.
- Preferred industry experience in Real Estate from Channel Partner firm, Real Estate Ancillary, Wealth Management, Luxury Automobile, or Hospitality.
- Fluent in English and Hindi.
- Go-Getter traits, Market Penetration, Independent Work Ethics, and High Integrity.
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
- Both female and male candidates can apply.
Salary: Up to ₹17 lakhs per annum (fixed).
