At Homz N Space, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Professional to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, including responding to inquiries and providing regular updates on projects.
- Conduct site visits, give presentations, and negotiate sales to close transactions.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging real estate market opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process and deliver a positive customer experience.
Requirements:
- 1-4 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
- Knowledge of the Bangalore geography and real estate market.
- Proven track record of sales success and consistent achievement of sales targets.
- Strong negotiation skills, ability to close deals, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
