Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for a highly skilled Residential Real Estate Sales Professional to join our team at HomeBazaar.
As a member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving monthly revenue targets through the sale of residential properties in Bengaluru.
Key responsibilities include discussing buyers' needs and educating them about our company's offerings, addressing inquiries generated through digital marketing platforms, and developing relationships with top-selling developers and investors.
You will also be responsible for negotiating prices, providing advisory services to customers, and proposing solutions that suit their needs.
Additionally, you will work closely with our internal CRM team to ensure hassle-free after-sales service.
