At Krithi Ventures Pvt. Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Real Estate Direct Sales Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate sales with existing customers and develop opportunities with new customers within assigned territory.
- Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings to achieve set targets.
- Liaise between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing, and product releases.
- Report on sales activities to senior management.
- Meet and exceed set targets and goals for the area.
- Establish, maintain, and expand the customer base.
- Increase business opportunities through various routes to market.
- Analyse and compile sales figures.
- Collect customer feedback and market research.
- Stay updated on products and competitors.
- Must have own conveyance.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Age should not exceed 45 years.
- Professional profile with high level of professionalism.
- Good experience in sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent sales and marketing skills with a positive attitude and team playing ability.
