As a sales executive for LGC Housing, you will play a crucial role in identifying the needs of our clients and providing them with the right properties in various locations.

The Role

You will be responsible for building the sales funnel, generating leads through cold calling, emailing, and other lead generation activities. You will handle incoming queries, build good client relationships, and ensure that all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements. You will also hand over qualified leads to the sales teams with the objective of closing the sale.

Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 1 year of experience within an Inside Sales / Sales Development Representative role, ideally within the real estate industry.
  • You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • You have working knowledge of communication.
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder.
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
