Job Title: Luxury Real Estate Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Luxury Real Estate Sales Director to join our team at Sentient Developers. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales efforts in the luxury real estate segment, driving business growth, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • To lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they meet their targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • To develop and implement effective sales strategies, tactics, and processes to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • To maintain a deep understanding of the local market, staying up-to-date with trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
  • To collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • To analyze sales performance data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to optimize sales outcomes.
Requirements
  • Must have a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, particularly in the luxury real estate segment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of productivity.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:
