At Star Estate, we are seeking a seasoned Luxury Real Estate Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in Bengaluru. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the luxury real estate market.

Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end process of selling luxury properties, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients, providing personalized assistance and ensuring a premium and luxurious experience.
- Conduct property site visits and showcase luxury properties to potential buyers, staying up-to-date on market trends and competition within the luxury real estate segment.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with potential buyers to secure successful deals, ensuring timely completion of all necessary paperwork and documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in luxury real estate sales, with a proven track record of successfully selling high-end properties.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, especially in the luxury segment, with a self-motivated and independent approach.
We offer a competitive salary of ₹25 lakhs per annum, commensurate with experience, as well as opportunities for growth and professional development.
