Job Description
We are seeking a Luxury Real Estate Sales Professional to join our team. In this role, you will specialize in selling high-end residential properties to affluent clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify and target potential luxury real estate clients through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals and investors.
- Property Marketing and Promotion: Develop and execute marketing strategies to showcase luxury properties, including high-quality photos, virtual tours, and print materials. List luxury properties on relevant online platforms and in exclusive luxury real estate publications.
- Market Research and Expertise: Stay informed about local and global luxury real estate market trends, pricing, and competition. Provide clients with comprehensive market analysis and advice to make informed decisions.
- Negotiation and Sales: Execute the complete sales cycle of a luxury real estate transaction. Negotiate offers, contracts, and terms on behalf of clients to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Minimum 4 years of experience handling HNI's directly.
- Preferred industry experience in real estate from a channel partner firm, real estate ancillary, wealth management, luxury automobile, or hospitality.
- Fluency in English and Hindi.
- Go-Getter attitude, Market Penetration skills, Independent Work Ethics, High Integrity, and Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Availability for work on weekends and Sundays.
