**Job Overview**

Sentient Developers is a leading luxury real estate company seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting properties associated with our company, making appointments for site visits, and overall management of the property to be sold.

**Estimated Salary:** ₹25 lakhs - ₹35 lakhs per annum (based on industry standards and location)

**Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Manage sales activities, including interaction with customers who walk in, calling prospective clients, and presentations.
  • Travel to different parts of Bengaluru to market and manage various properties on all days of the week.

**Requirements:**

  • A minimum of 1 year of sales experience in the real estate industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Access to a smartphone with internet access and a vehicle.
