Job Role: Luxury Real Estate Sales Professional

We are looking for a skilled Luxury Real Estate Sales Professional who can specialize in selling High-End residential properties to affluent clients. This role involves a combination of marketing, sales, client management, and industry expertise to maximize sales and provide exceptional service to HNI's & ultra HNI's seeking Luxury Properties.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential luxury real estate clients through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals and investors.
  • Understand clients' needs, preferences, and financial capabilities to offer tailored property solutions.
  • Provide personalized service and cater to the unique needs and preferences of luxury clientele.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience handling HNI's directly.
  • Preferred industry experience: Real Estate from Channel Partner firm, Real Estate Ancillary, Wealth Management, Luxury Automobile, Hospitality.
  • Fluent in English, Hindi.
  • Go-Getter, Market Penetration, Independent Work Ethics, High Integrity.
  • MBA in related discipline preferred.
  • Both female and male candidates can apply.
  • Proficiency in using real estate software and CRM tools.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

Estimated Salary: ₹120,000 - ₹200,000 per month
