About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a minimum of 4 years of experience handling high-net-worth individuals directly. The ideal candidate will have expertise in luxury real estate sales, client management, and market analysis. This role involves marketing, sales, client acquisition, and relationship management to maximize sales and provide exceptional service to affluent clients.

Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential luxury real estate clients through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and investors.
- Understand clients' needs, preferences, and financial capabilities to offer tailored property solutions.
- Provide personalized service and cater to the unique needs and preferences of luxury clientele.

Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience handling HNI's directly.
- Preferred industry experience: Real Estate from Channel Partner firm, Real Estate Ancillary, Wealth Management, Luxury Automobile, Hospitality.
- Fluent in English and Hindi.
- Traits: Go Getter, Market Penetration, Independent Work Ethics, High Integrity.
- Education: MBA in related discipline preferred.
- Gender: Both Female & Male Candidates can apply.
- Proficiency in using real estate software and CRM tools.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.

Compensation:
The estimated annual salary for this position is ₹12,00,000 - ₹20,00,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, benefits such as bonuses, health insurance, and retirement plans may be offered.
