Job Description:
The ideal candidate will specialize in selling high-end residential properties to affluent clients, utilizing a combination of marketing, sales, client management, and industry expertise to maximize sales and provide exceptional service to HNI's & ultra HNI's seeking luxury properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential luxury real estate clients through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals and investors.
- Understand clients' needs, preferences, and financial capabilities to offer tailored property solutions.
- Provide personalized service and cater to the unique needs & preferences of luxury clientele.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to showcase luxury properties, including high-quality photos, virtual tours, and print materials.
- List luxury properties on relevant online platforms and in exclusive luxury real estate publications.
- C Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads in the HNI category.
- Market penetration industry-wise.
- Host open houses and private showings for prospective buyers.
- Stay informed about local and global luxury real estate market trends, pricing, and competition.
- Provide clients with comprehensive market analysis and advice to make informed decisions.
- Keep up-to-date with relevant laws, taxations & regulations pertaining to luxury real estate transactions.
