**About the Role**
Sumadhura Infracon Pvt Ltd is seeking a seasoned Sales Director to drive luxury real estate sales growth. As AGM - Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving business success.
This leadership position requires expertise in sales strategy development, team performance management, and customer satisfaction enhancement. You will focus on building a high-performance sales culture, optimizing processes, and exceeding revenue targets while ensuring brand loyalty and ROI.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive luxury real estate sales growth.
- Lead and manage the sales team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Oversee performance management, ensuring the team consistently meets or exceeds targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while exploring new markets and business opportunities.
- Enhance customer satisfaction and brand loyalty through excellent service and engagement.
- Improve internal sales processes and optimize them for maximum efficiency and ROI.
- Manage skill development initiatives to continually improve the team's capabilities.
- Collaborate with senior management to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
**Requirements**
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in the luxury real estate sector.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Expertise in sales management, performance management, and team development.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess performance metrics and drive improvements.
- Experience in building high-performing sales teams with a collaborative and productive culture.
- Ability to develop new markets and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
The estimated salary for this position is ₹8,500,000 - ₹12,000,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
