Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive sales initiatives to achieve set goals by mentoring and motivating the team.
  • Procuring new clients and attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
  • Competitor Trend Monitoring and Benchmarking to effectively balance competing priorities.

Requirements:

  • Rich experience in sales and team handling with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in the real estate industry.
  • Must have handled a team of at least 5 people or above.
  • Excellent negotiation, networking, and communication skills.
  • Must have the highest ethical standards.

Salary: A competitive salary ranging from $160,000 to $240,000 per annum, depending on experience.
