Real Estate Team Performance Director

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Team Performance Director to join our team at First Door Realty LLP.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and managing a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential real estate sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to drive sales growth.
A competitive estimated salary range for this role is between $150,000 - $220,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's knowledge of residential real estate trends and sales techniques.
- Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Proven ability to manage, train, and inspire sales teams to deliver consistent results.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
