Luxury Real Estate Sales Director

We are seeking an exceptional sales leader to oversee our luxury real estate sales operations and drive strategic growth initiatives.
About the RoleThis is a dynamic opportunity for a seasoned sales professional with expertise in leading high-performing teams, developing innovative sales strategies, and consistently exceeding revenue targets. As the Head of Luxury Sales Operations, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing sales plans to maximize luxury real estate revenue
- Leading, mentoring, and managing a high-performing sales team to achieve exceptional results
- Driving performance management initiatives to consistently exceed sales targets and foster a collaborative culture
- Building and maintaining long-term client relationships while exploring new market opportunities
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets in the real estate industry
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
- Extensive experience in sales and performance management
- Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and manage high-performance sales teams with a collaborative approach
- Proficient in developing new markets and maintaining strong client relationships
We estimate the salary for this role to be around $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
