CSG is seeking a highly skilled and experienced High-Level Administrative Professional to support our executive team in Bangalore, India. This role is accountable for providing exceptional administrative support, handling sensitive information with discretion, and ensuring the smooth operation of complex calendars and travel itineraries.

About the Role:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative functions, such as processing expense reports, preparing presentations, and coordinating meetings.
  • Fulfill incoming requests, resolve scheduling conflicts, and prioritize competing needs with minimal supervision.
  • Interface with senior executives and key stakeholders on key projects and initiatives.
  • Coordinate logistics for executive team visitors and clients, demonstrating professionalism and discretion in all communications.
  • Prepare visa documents for international travel and manage Brand store vendor relationships.
  • Arrange logistics for employee meetups in various cities.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks related to India location management.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 4+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant supporting VP in a fast-paced and growing company.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Advanced MS Office Suite skills, including Outlook.
  • Ability to think proactively, forwardly, and leverage resourcefulness and creativity when solving problems.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with arranging complex schedules and logistics across multiple time zones.
  • Ability to multi-task, manage priorities, and accurately set expectations while balancing multiple initiatives.
  • Outstanding time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong planning, project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies.
  • Expectation of complete confidentiality on all business matters.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions.

Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
