We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to join our team at Renous Extenserve Private Limited in Bangalore. This is a permanent position offering a unique opportunity for a skilled professional to support our organization's personnel and contribute to our success.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the organization's staff by handling complex correspondence, records, and documents efficiently.
  • Manage reporting, travel itineraries, staff memberships, and other administrative tasks with precision.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and maintain calendars and travel itineraries for multiple individuals within the organization.
  • Make meeting and travel arrangements, including ground transportation, hotel reservations, flight bookings, and visa assistance as needed.
  • Assist with business transformation projects by researching issues, drafting documents, and providing support to assigning staff members.
  • Liaise with various departments and cross-functional teams to facilitate follow-ups and reports.
  • Manage administrative work effectively and maintain organized files conducive to the organization's needs.
  • Prepare MIS reports and other monthly reports to ensure timely information dissemination.
  • Support new staff onboarding for both employees and contractors.
  • Conduct directed internet-based research and summarize findings in an organized manner.
  • Update and maintain organization charts to reflect changes and updates.

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent administrative and word processing skills.
  • Must be proactive and self-motivated.
  • Proficient in advanced applications like Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access (Windows).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of staff.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills to find solutions with minimal direction.
  • Possess outstanding organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Able to gather and summarize data for reports using analytical skills.
  • Capable of handling confidential or sensitive information with discretion.
  • A team player with excellent co-worker and internal client interaction skills.
  • Detailed-oriented with ability to work in a high-paced environment requiring multi-tasking.
  • Availability for some overtime work may be required.
  • 4+ years of similar progressive experience is necessary for this role.

Salary: ₹30 Lacs - ₹35 Lacs per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. A competitive salary package will be offered to the selected candidate.
