High-Level IT Support Specialist

First American India is a leading provider of comprehensive title insurance, closing/settlement, property data and technology solutions. As a system administrator with the company, you will be responsible for identifying and resolving complex issues reported by users, system requests, and handling high-priority tickets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining user and system uptime through effective remote problem-solving and collaboration with outside resources and vendors to deliver effective resolution
- Managing multiple customer accounts simultaneously
- Ensuring support tickets are resolved in accordance with Service Level Agreements and customer policies/procedures
- Configuring hardware/software to customer specifications
- Demonstrating expertise in troubleshooting desktops/laptops and basic understanding of networks
- Providing excellent customer support skills and prioritizing IT tickets effectively
- Utilizing ticketing tools such as Service First to manage tickets efficiently
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of professional work experience in IT support
- Graduate/Post Graduate degree in Commerce or relevant field
- Up-to-date knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 2016, along with other authorized desktop applications
- Familiarity with printer, computer hardware, and other peripheral equipment maintenance and repair
- Ability to perform preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers, and other authorized peripherals
- Understanding of FAI's existing IT infrastructure, including basic servers and ability to diagnose server-related issues
