Regional Manager

Dear Applicants, GIVA is looking for a seasoned professional to lead our South Region team as Regional Manager/Zonal Manager.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the jewelry industry and at least 5-8 years of experience in Sales & Ops teams of other retail brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Owning Profit & Loss (PnL) for all GIVA's exclusive stores in the South Region.
- Leading a team of Area Managers/Cluster Managers and driving performance of all stores in their portfolio.
- Coordinating with internal teams and developing processes to ensure smooth operations of all stores in their region.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 5-8 years of experience in the Sales & Ops team of other retail brands.
- Experience of leading area and regional managers.
- Experience of working across cities in south like Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, etc.
Compensation Package: We offer an attractive salary range of ₹12 lakhs to ₹18 lakhs per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition, we provide benefits such as health insurance, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
