Regional Sales Development Manager

About the Role:
The Regional Sales Development Manager will be responsible for leading generation and appointment setting efforts in the Middle East and APAC SaaS market. This includes identifying and qualifying high-quality leads, scheduling sales appointments, and collaborating with the sales team to drive successful interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies across various channels to achieve a minimum of 80-100 high-quality leads per day/week.
- Prospect and outreach to potential leads, evaluating their readiness to purchase and qualifying them based on predefined criteria.
- Schedule sales appointments and demonstrations, considering availability and capacity.
- Nurture leads not yet ready to make a purchase through strategic engagement.
- Maintain accurate records, generate reports, and measure lead generation effectiveness.
- Stay informed about SaaS industry trends and the Middle East market.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in lead generation and appointment setting in an international market.
- Previous experience of speaking with CXOs across international regions.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) and good interpersonal skills.
- Adequate knowledge of sales processes.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
