Regional Sales Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Development Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Bangalore region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with distributors and customers.

Job Description- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in the Bangalore region.
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH DISTRIBUTORS AND CUSTOMERS TO DRIVE SALES GROWTH.
- Manage distributor inventory to prevent loss of sales due to non-availability of stocks.
- Maintain hygiene at distributor warehouses as per regulatory and company norms.
- Timely submission of distributor claims along with proper supporting documents.
- Resolve distributor queries through coordination with regional finance.
- Drive alternate channel objectives for the geography by aligning distributors and frontline teams with channel requirements.
- Maintain relationships with key accounts across channels to drive business objectives.
- FMCg sales experience of 3.5-5 years, handling distributors and frontline field force.
- General Trade Sales experience is a must.
- AdditionaL channels knowledge & experience will be added benefit.
- Up to 30 years old.
- Basic leadership quality.
- Good communication, planning & presentation skills.
- Analytical ability, logical thinking.
- Possession for the Brand.
