Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Development Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Bangalore region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with distributors and customers.

Job Description
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in the Bangalore region.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH DISTRIBUTORS AND CUSTOMERS TO DRIVE SALES GROWTH.
  • Manage distributor inventory to prevent loss of sales due to non-availability of stocks.
  • Maintain hygiene at distributor warehouses as per regulatory and company norms.
  • Timely submission of distributor claims along with proper supporting documents.
  • Resolve distributor queries through coordination with regional finance.
  • Drive alternate channel objectives for the geography by aligning distributors and frontline teams with channel requirements.
  • Maintain relationships with key accounts across channels to drive business objectives.
Requirements
  • FMCg sales experience of 3.5-5 years, handling distributors and frontline field force.
  • General Trade Sales experience is a must.
  • AdditionaL channels knowledge & experience will be added benefit.
  • Up to 30 years old.
  • Basic leadership quality.
  • Good communication, planning & presentation skills.
  • Analytical ability, logical thinking.
  • Possession for the Brand.
