Immediate Opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager who can design and drive winning strategies to grow our business in end-to-end ERP - IT Software Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Evaluate and determine current and emerging needs of Key Accounts.
  • Identify and create opportunities to grow business.
  • Develop and execute sales plans, negotiate deals, and close orders.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Graduate, MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 08+ years of experience in sales and business development activities.
  • Excellent analytical, mentoring, and communication skills.
  • High commitment to Customer Satisfaction.
  • Understanding of and experience in large Account Sales as well as Sales Management, People Management and Business Development.
