We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our sales efforts in the agricultural sector. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sales and marketing, with a proven ability to manage both B2B and B2C processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire sales process for the region, including both B2B and B2C activities.
  • Develop and execute demand generation strategies to drive sales.
  • Strategize and manage channel expansion initiatives.
  • Design and implement channel and business promotion schemes to maximize sales.
  • Manage collections and receivables.
  • Collaborate with the regional agronomist and product development team to design market development activities.
  • Provide feedback to leadership on product pricing, competitor activities, and strategies to counter competition.
Requirements:
  • Educational Qualification: M.Sc/B.Sc (Agri) or B.Tech (Agri) with a strong academic background.
  • Experience: At least 10 years of experience in sales and marketing with a minimum of 3 years leading a state or regional sales team in a large agri-input company.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in managing teams and sales channels.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Willingness to travel extensively with more than 15 days of travel per month.
