Regional Sales Manager

Sales Supervisors/Regional Managers at Medtronic are responsible for achieving sales revenue by generating orders for PMA products within their defined regional territories. They represent the organization in accordance with its policies, managing sales, and executing strategies to meet key objectives.
A Day in the Life
• Achieve volume objectives and key product objectives for primary and secondary numbers.
• Manage teams to ensure successful product launches and implementation in their areas.
• Maintain customer and account data, ensuring periodic validation and maintenance.
• Develop and maintain core customer relationships to ensure business continuation.
• Ensure effective territorial coverage as per divisional standards.
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor of Engineering/Science
• MBA in Sales and Marketing
• Minimum 7-13 years of sales experience in Concept Selling/Medical Devices Selling
• Experience in Distribution Management
• Willing to travel extensively
• Strong Team Handling Experience
