Regional Sales Manager

Morning Fresh is a leading hangover detox drink brand in India, pioneering a new category in the Indian wellness market. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and leading a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives and increase market share.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of success and accountability.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients & key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly track and report sales performance metrics, preparing reports to share insights and recommendations with senior management.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to align offline strategies and enhance product offerings.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage sales budget and responsible for monitoring collections from all markets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in new-age start-up or FMCG sales, with some experience managing a team.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive team performance.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in sales reporting, analysis, and dashboard creation.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel and be on the field.
