Regional Business Development Manager

SS Consultancy1 is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our South Indian Region team and drive sales growth in the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for auto sales and a proven track record of success in managing regional sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive primary sales, secondary sales, and collection of the assigned area.
2. Supervise and build a high-performing sales team, ensuring excellent customer management and meeting effectiveness.
3. Monitor dealer schemes within allotted budgets and ensure commercial hygiene compliance.
4. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to develop strategies to enhance the reach and penetration of EVs.
Requirements:
a. Post-graduate degree in sales and a graduate degree in engineering.
b. 10+ years of experience in automotive channel sales with exposure to electric vehicle sales at a regional or zonal level.
c. Proven track record in handling regional sales teams, people management, cross-functional discussions, and negotiations.
d. Strong passion for auto sales and a desire to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
e. Prior team and region handling experience is mandatory.
