- Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Business Head to lead our regional business operations in Bangalore.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of achieving regional targets, driving sales growth, and improving customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Achieve regional targets by reaching out to and tapping the full potential of the targeted customer segment within the specified area.
• Drive revenue growth by leading the Sales Officers/Cluster Managers.
• Conduct weekly/monthly/quarterly performance reviews of individual/Cluster performance and take corrective actions.
• Develop and implement effective marketing activities to improve revenue by enhancing customer experience/retention.
• Recruit, train, motivate, mentor, and review the performance of Sales Officers/Cluster Managers & other support staff.
Requirements
• Current designation as RSM/ASM for any Affordable Housing Finance Company for last 3 years.
• Experience in Affordable Housing Finance.
• Current job with less than 2 years vintage but with 2 promotions in last 5 years.
• Top performance rating.
• Max 20L CTC.
