We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Director for South Asia to join our team at Grid Dynamics. As a senior member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth in India.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing sales teams and driving revenue growth. They should possess excellent leadership skills, be able to travel frequently, and have a strong understanding of the Indian market.

Main responsibilities include creating and executing strategic sales plans, meeting with potential clients, growing long-lasting relationships that address their needs, managing several customer accounts within a business, and helping drive revenue for them. The successful candidate will also ensure each department meets the needs of their clients and customers, handle customer complaints, find solutions to their issues, and maintain a positive relationship between both parties for future business ventures.
