Role Overview

This role is for a seasoned marketing professional to join our Finacle Marketing team as a Field Marketing Specialist in South Asia. You will be responsible for designing and executing go-to-market initiatives to generate leads, strengthen client relationships, and drive targeted engagement with prospects in the South Asia region.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the regional market, excellent communication skills, and experience in B2B marketing for demand generation and brand awareness. They will work closely with internal stakeholders to develop impactful marketing plans, execute campaigns, and measure their effectiveness.

The primary objectives of this role are to:

  • Generate leads and support deal pursuit success in the assigned market region
  • Strengthen client relationships and drive targeted engagement with prospects
  • Foster thought leadership and drive media engagement opportunities
Key Responsibilities

This role involves end-to-end planning and management of corporate events, conferences, roundtables, and industry event participation. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Understanding market demand and developing an impactful marketing plan for driving cross-sells with existing customers and generating leads for new customer acquisitions
  • Create opportunities for thought leadership and drive media engagement opportunities in partnership with the Infosys PR team
  • Create/curate region-specific content assets aligned to the regional marketing needs
  • Understand the typical customer profile and target market, and build market and competition intelligence to support the regional marketing objectives and plan
  • Support customer advocacy initiatives, including identifying opportunities for building case studies from customers in the market
  • Monitor, measure, and publish the outcomes of your marketing programs periodically
  • Support central marketing activities, events, and programs to ensure a good representation from South Asia
  • Manage the lead qualification and handover process to sales
Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with:

  • Proven experience in end-to-end planning and management of small and large corporate events, conferences, roundtables, and industry event participation
  • Experience in B2B marketing for demand generation and brand awareness (especially lead generation and nurturing, marketing campaign execution and measurement)
  • Practical knowledge and experience across contemporary digital marketing channels, marketing automation tools, data analytics, and reporting
  • High impact English communication skills and presentation skills, with proven content curation capabilities
  • Ability to build collaborative partnerships and work in a matrixed and high-demand environment
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, well-organized, excellent time-management, and attention to detail
  • Willingness to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Location

This role is based in Bengaluru, India, and requires full-time employment. We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
