Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Marketing Collaterals: Develop and manage all sales and marketing collaterals, including corporate profiles, capability decks, industry presentations, case studies, white papers, brochures, and other customer-facing documents.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee company social media accounts, creating engaging content that enhances our online presence and drives interaction.
  • Website Management: Own and manage the company website, ensuring content is up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with our Go-to-Market strategies.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on customers, competitors, and industry trends to inform our content strategy and stay ahead in the market.
  • Email Campaigns: Design and execute email marketing campaigns targeting various audiences, including prospects, clients, and potential recruits.
  • Webinars: Plan, organize, and host webinars as a channel for thought leadership and lead generation.
  • Corporate Communication: Partner with HR and other internal teams to manage corporate communications, ensuring consistent messaging across all employee and stakeholder interactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in content marketing, marketing communications, or a similar role, ideally within a B2B environment.
  • Proven experience in creating and managing a range of sales and marketing collaterals.
  • Strong social media management skills, with the ability to create and schedule content across multiple platforms.
  • Proficiency in website content management, with experience in regularly updating and maintaining a corporate website.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills.
  • Good understanding of market research, email marketing, webinars, and corporate communications.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.
