Sales Director

We are seeking a sales leader to drive revenue and growth for Algonomy's portfolio of marketing solutions in APAC MEA.
About the RoleAs a Sales Director, you will be responsible for qualifying prospects, solutioning and client engagement, closure process, and commercial negotiations. You will lead client demos, product presentations, use case discussions, ROI conversations, and standard implementation process.
Your key metrics for this role (first 12 months) include Order Booking: USD 500 K – 1 million, Conversion rate: 20% to 25%, and Sales Cycle: 3-4 months.
Requirements- Proven experience of min 2 years in selling SaaS marketing solutions, e.g. e-commerce personalization platforms (preferred), Customer Data platforms, Marketing Automation, email personalization, etc.
- Prior experience of independently handling product presentation, product demo, and solutioning
- Prior experience in two of three regions (SEA, MEA, India)
- Hunter & Hustler mindset
- Open to travel as needed
- Excellent communicative skills both verbally and in written form
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Experience of working with geographically diverse/distributed teams
As a Sales Director at Algonomy, you will have the opportunity to work with a global leader in algorithmic customer engagement powering digital first strategies for retailers and brands. You will be part of a team that enables 1:1 omnichannel personalization, customer journey orchestration, and customer analytics with Xen AI at its core.
The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
