Job Title: Regional Sales Director for Electrical and Mechanical Engineering
Salary: ₹80-120 lakhs per annum (approximate)
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Director to join our team at Hammond Power Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating leads, achieving sales targets, and building strong relationships with our customers in the electrical and mechanical engineering industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue growth and expand our market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, as well as identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies
- Provide regular sales reports and analysis to management, highlighting key trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- At least 15-20 years of progressive sales experience in the electrical and mechanical engineering industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with MS Office and data analysis tools
