**Job Description**

We seek an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager with a proven track record in sales, particularly in the US and international market.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in managing international sales teams, a strong background in dealing with clients in the United States, and proficiency in utilizing HubSpot and digital marketing for sales and marketing activities.

The successful candidate should demonstrate excellent communication skills, a strong screen presence, and the ability to think strategically to drive business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Create a focused international sales strategy emphasizing market insights and trends.
  • Identify opportunities and challenges to drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs for tailored solutions.
  • Use diverse channels (cold calling, email campaigns, networking) to identify potential customers.
  • Present detailed proposals outlining terms, pricing, and conditions.
  • Achieve sales targets aligned with organizational goals for sustained growth.
  • Maintain open communication with the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team.
  • Leverage HubSpot for workflow efficiency and enhanced customer engagement.
  • Use market insights to refine strategies and proactively address challenges.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends, using data for informed decision-making.

**Preferred Experience**

  • 5-7 years of experience in sales.
  • Strong international client servicing and relationship management skills.
  • Experience in sales or sales support, with a focus on driving revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in using HubSpot CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Proven experience as a full-stack digital marketer with a successful track record in execution and strategy.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Estimated salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
