Brief about Role:
This role involves driving revenue growth through sales across different channel partners. As Regional Sales Manager, you will lead a team of sales professionals, formulate strategic plans, and execute initiatives to surpass revenue goals. Your role is pivotal in directing sales efforts, cultivating client relationships, and analyzing market dynamics to optimize sales performance and ensure business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a dynamic sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets through direct and channel sales channels within the designated region.
- Develop and implement a strategic business plan to expand Dealer and Distributor network and establish strong presence.
- Identify and prioritize key channel partners based on their ability to reach target markets, generate leads, and drive revenue growth.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to sales planning and execution.
- Proficiency in sales CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant sales tools.
- Willingness to travel within the region and occasionally beyond as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in sales management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve targets and goals.
Location: Bangalore
Salary Range: ₹12 LPA
