The Role We're Looking For:

We are seeking a Manager - Sales with an outgoing personality who has a knack for motivating others to meet goals in a sales environment and derive required target figures.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Coaching: Assist team members in reaching their full sales potential as a main objective. Ability to support and motivate sales agents, ensuring success within their deals.
  2. Salesmanship: Train sales personnel to build rapport, ensure client trust, and make regular sales.
  3. Team Management:
  • Oversight of sales team targets and handling issues pertaining to respective team members reaching close towards their target figures.
  • Ensure regular feedback for SAs.
  • Managing escalations and being the bridge with PM teams and Owner sales teams.
  • Feedback for and from Property Management Teams.
  • Measure and manage team performance with leading indicators; (TAT, Visits).

Business Acumen:

  1. A thorough understanding of a business, along with its achievements, objectives, and goals to drive sales. A strategic thinking with managerial mindset is pre-requisite.
  2. Understanding of projects insights.
  3. Analyzing and communication of inventory requirements.
  4. Collections along with Property Management Teams.

Requirements:

  • Team Management Skills;

  • Problem-Solving Skill;
  • Extraversion (High).

Compensation:

$120,000 per annum, plus incentives on sales revenue.

Note:

Candidates from other locations not preferred.

First preference given to candidates from a real estate background.

Candidates must hold experience in handling a team of sales professionals.
