Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
- Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to enhance performance and achieve individual and team goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights.
Requirements
A successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in sales, including [Y] years in a management role. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools, and the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
