This role requires a deep understanding of lead generation strategies tailored to US market dynamics, including cultural nuances and buying behaviors. We're looking for individuals with a strong interest in building successful products or systems, comfortable dealing with many moving pieces, and exquisite attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the SDR team to generate and qualify leads exclusively for the US market, ensuring alignment with the region's unique outreach and sales dynamics.
  • Develop and implement tailored outreach strategies leveraging email campaigns, social media (especially LinkedIn), and cold calling techniques suited to the US audience.
  • Conduct market research to deepen the understanding of US-based prospects and optimize lead qualification processes.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in an SDR Manager role, with proven success in managing outreach to the US market.
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding lead generation and qualification targets in prior roles.
  • Extensive experience using HubSpot CRM for managing sales pipelines and generating reports is mandatory.

Estimated Salary: $140,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on experience.
